Change is difficult. Some people read self-help guides, attend groups and seek expert advice to make small positive changes but then sadly relapse into old unhealthy patterns of behaviour and the cycle repeats again. A life coach is similar to a counsellor but there are differences.
A life coach will help you identify and achieve your goals with practical positive strategies, supporting you through any painful aspects of the journey. You will be referred on to the appropriate mental health services if your issues are more severe.
