Life and well-being coaching can be transformational in helping people who feel stuck, burnt out and anxious about aspects of their lives. I offer well-being coaching to address stress, unhealthy lifestyles, bereavement, relationship difficulties, addictions, lack of self esteem, chronic pain, insomnia and more. I also offer life coaching for career development. Change is difficult. Some of us read self-help guides, attend groups and seek expert advice to make small positive changes but then sadly relapse into old unhealthy patterns of behaviour and the cycle repeats again. I will help you identify and achieve your goals with practical positive strategies, supporting you through any painful aspects of the journey. The end result will be significant change for the better. And you will take forward tools to maintain the change.
I became a life and well-being coach because I am passionate about helping people who are struggling. I manage to successfully blend my skills as a nurse and counsellor with and understanding of the therapeutic role of animals and growing things.
My formal qualifications: RGN/RMN, Bsc Health Studies, MSc Advanced Nurse Practitioner, PGCE Higher Education, Professional Life Coach and Guide*.
I also have passed Equine therapy theoretical component of The Horse Course* and am a full member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers*.
